I love listening to clients’ or candidates’ stories, understanding what makes them unique, and helping them have a meaningful impact. I also love the variety of our work and that it allows me to continually learn and grow.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Pamela held general management, business development, and global marketing roles at Mead Johnson Nutritionals, a consumer division of Bristol Myers Squibb. Pamela began her career as a retail buyer at Bloomingdale’s and in product management at Mars.
Pamela has a BA in political science and French from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management.
