Based in Singapore, Kyle Lee is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services and Technology & Communications practices. He leverages his broad expertise across corporate development, partnerships, strategy and private markets to identify leadership solutions for clients.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Kyle spent five years with GoTo Group in Singapore and Jakarta. He joined as Vice President of Group Corporate Development with responsibility for M&As, investments, strategic partnerships, capital raising, and investor relations, and was also part of the team that consummated the Gojek-Tokopedia merger and the IPO. Kyle subsequently moved to GoTo Financial, GoTo’s fintech unit, as Head of Strategy, overseeing the business’ strategic direction and corporate planning apparatus. Earlier he was based in Abu Dhabi as a Senior Associate in the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority’s Private Equities Department focusing on primary funds, co-investments and direct investments across Asia Pacific. Kyle started his career in 2010 as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Singapore, and then in New York, advising private equity funds, principal investors, and corporate restructuring situations.
Kyle earned a Bachelor of Accountancy with honors from Nanyang Technology University and an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore. Outside of work, Kyle is passionate about private markets, advises startup founders and first-time funds, and actively mentors students and graduates of the Nanyang Business School. To unwind he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, cooking, and going on road trips.
