Eduard Knezevic, Partner in the Zürich office, leads Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice in Switzerland and is part of the firm’s CEO Practice. He specializes in small and midsize companies but also supports large international companies with executive search, management appraisals, and leadership development.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Eduard was the Head of Commercial Support for Holcim Group Services in Holderbank, Switzerland. His previous roles included Business Development Manager with Redsafe Bank and assistant to the head of Swiss Life’s group life business, both in Zurich.
Eduard earned an MSc in economics from the University of Basel and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is devoted to his family, interested in politics and foreign affairs, and passionate about travel, sports, and vintage cars.
