Anthony Cavanough, based in London, leads executive search and leadership assessment, development and advisory projects for a wide range of industrial, infrastructure, services and public & social sector organizations. He is also a core member of the firm’s Financial Officers practice. Previously, Anthony worked in Egon Zehnder’s Sydney and Geneva offices.
I’m passionate about working closely with our clients to understand their unique and evolving leadership challenges and about offering a thoughtful and tailored approach that helps them identify and develop outstanding leaders for the future.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Anthony held consulting and leadership roles at AEC Group Ltd., a leading Australian consulting firm, where his projects spanned economics, finance, and strategy for a wide range of corporate and government clients.
Anthony earned a Bachelor of Business (Economics) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mathematics) from the Queensland University of Technology in Australia, as well as an MBA from the Warwick Business School in the U.K.
