Raymond Bassoulet is the current head of Egon Zehnder Iberian Region (Barcelona, Lisbon, Madrid). He was before Egon Zehnder’s office leader in Paris from 2012 to 2019 and led Egon Zehnder’s global Services Practice from 2004 to 2012. He has deep expertise in CEO and executive search for services and retail clients. He also guides CFO searches for listed and family-owned companies. Raymond is active in Egon Zehnder’s CEO, Financial Officers, and Private Capital practices, as well as the firm’s Family Business Advisory Practice.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Raymond was a Senior Management Consultant with Mars & Co and M2I-Stratorg. Previously, he was a Financial Auditor for Coopers & Lybrand, and used to be the General Manager of the French Chamber of Commerce in Lima.
Raymond has an MA in business economics from HEC in Paris. In his spare time, he loves traveling to Latin America and Southern Africa, skiing, and going to the ballet.
