Based in Chicago, Meg Reynolds is active in Egon Zehnder’s Technology Practice, focusing on the communications and enterprise technology sectors. Meg is valued by clients for her insightful leadership advisory services and support for building high-performing board and executive teams and developing and implementing creative solutions across functions. She draws on deep experience gained in top sales and marketing management roles in the telecommunications and high tech industries.
What energizes me is understanding a client’s vision and helping them turn it into reality, whether it’s by advising them on existing talent or trawling for new candidates. It’s incredibly rewarding and fulfilling to be part of their journey.
Until just before joining Egon Zehnder, Meg was with Samsung Electronics America leading strategic sales programs in its mobile B2B organization after serving enterprise clients as a Senior Manager. She launched her career with AT&T in San Francisco, serving as a Senior Sales Executive for that company’s mobility portfolio and then taking responsibility for teams that managed its major accounts in the Bay Area and Northern California market and working with mid-market to Fortune 500 clients.
Meg earned a BBA in finance from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business while minoring in theology and a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. When not working, she enjoys cheering on the Atlanta Braves, swimming (a sport in which she competed as a student athlete), skiing, traveling, baking, and trying out new restaurants.
