Based in New York, Kenna Wyllie Baudin serves as Global Head of Private Capital. She focuses on senior-level executives at private capital funds (Corporate functions, partners/managing directors, principals, heads of IR/fundraising, etc.) and in PE-backed portfolio companies. Kenna also has a particular specialization in Chief Financial Officers and is active in the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Council and in its Consumer and Media, Entertainment & Sports practices.

I am passionate about being a connector — of people to people, and people to organizations. I ‘join the dots’ between my clients‘ needs and my candidates’ motivations.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Kenna served as Head of Private Equity at J. Safra Asset Management. That was preceded by the role of Director of 3i Plc, an international investment firm. Earlier, Kenna was a Principal at Solera Capital. She began her career as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.

Married with two children, she believes in giving back to the community and has served as an alumni interviewer for Sponsors for Educational Opportunities, Penn Alumni Interviewer, active member of the parents’ association of The Pingry School and the Delbarton Mothers Guild. Kenna currently serves as President of the Greater Essex County Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Inc. Kenna is also a yoga enthusiast.
